You will be at the management level and play a central role in the implementation of the District's Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
The Principal Engineer is a management level position who plays a central role in the implementation of the District's Capital Improvement Program (CIP), leading projects, and performing a variety of engineering activities in the wastewater collection, sewage treatment, and recycled water facilities. The Principal Engineer will serve as Project Manager leading specific CIP projects through planning, design, and construction. They are also responsible for managing the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) implementation for specific projects.
