With over 25 years of management experience with proven leadership and organizational development skills to enhance employee performance and improve business results, Margaret’s well-rounded experience as a HR practitioner provides our firm’s clients with a full spectrum of HR services, including talent acquisition, classification and compensation, employee leaves and benefits, employee and labor relations, workplace investigations, disability compliance, occupational health and safety, risk management, and workers' compensation functions. In addition, she offers coaching to managers and supervisors on sound management skills and practices, especially for those within a union environment.
